Strength & Endurance Build power. Push limits. Perform better. This class blends targeted strength training with high-energy conditioning to give you the best of both worlds — stronger muscles and a stronger engine. Expect a mix of resistance work, functional movements, and interval training that challenges your body and keeps your heart rate up. You’ll lift, move, and sweat through dynamic circuits designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall athletic performance. All fitness levels welcome — we scale everything to meet you where you’re at while still pushing you to your next level. 60 minutes | Small group format for personalized coaching | No two sessions are ever the same.
